In Bliss
Spending time together with Dear just makes me happy. Vday happens to be my free day and Dear is on leave too, so it was not a problem.
We had plans to buy ingredients from the supermarket and then whipping up a meal together -- probably of spaghetti and chicken chop. After lunch, we were supposed to head for MacRitchie, to complete that tree-top trail promise some time ago.
BUT...
We had the recipe, spent some time picking out stuff in the supermart yet ended up putting them back and scraping the idea of cooking. Ended up in Sakura for lunch with the usual fare.
We then headed home to change, and leave for MacRitchie. Yet, the weather seemed a little unfriendly -- threatening to rain with the dark clouds hanging low. He ended up sleeping, while I turned on my lappie to continue with my thesis! What a Vday!!!
Nonetheless, I was happy. Because I had a small pleasant surprise. Pictures later when I settle a problem on my lappie. My poor boy had nothing from me though, cos I was in school till late the days before. I promise I'll get him sth once my misery ends with the report submission next week :)
Sidetrack: I want a new handphone, with at least 2 megapixels camera on it!
However, I realise my memory is getting bad. While trying to recall how we spent our last 3 Vdays together, there was this gap in 2005. I have no idea if we celebrated that day, where we went or was there any gift exchange.
I shall try to recall some more...
Anyway, Happy Vday and Friendship day. To my Dear, I love you.
